Our Investments
Single-family residential
We primarily invest in single-family homes located in B neighborhoods across the East Coast. We are committed to providing well-maintained housing, ensuring our long-term tenants have quality homes they can enjoy and rely on.
Small multi-family residential
Our portfolio has expanded to include condominiums and townhomes that align with our investment criteria. While we recognize that HOA and condominium fees can present challenges, we believe that a well-managed association can significantly enhance property value. Understanding the specific market and neighborhood dynamics is crucial to our investment approach.
Short-term rentals
As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we recently expanded into the short-term rental market with properties in highly sought-after areas of Maui. We take pride in offering well-maintained, thoughtfully furnished accommodations that provide memorable experiences for vacationing guests.
